 The
climate-controlled event center at Eberly Farm provides the
perfect serene setting to make any meeting a success. The entire 55 acre
complex is exclusive to your group, providing the opportunity to conduct your
planning in a retreat environment. Take your staff off the beaten path to
Eberly Farm and watch them come alive with enthusiasm!
- Conference rate: The Outpost facility rental is $250.00 per
day for up to 75 guests. If you have more than 75 guests there is a
$2.75 facility rental charge per guest numbering 76 and over (scroll down for menu/beverage costs). All conference rentals subject to a $650.00 sales minimum, food and facility combined. Daytime rentals
are available Tuesday-Friday. Eberly Farm will set the Outpost tables
and chairs to suit the needs of your
meeting.
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime must be arranged in
advance and is $150.00 per hour. 4:00 p.m. departure may not always be
possible on Friday evenings. Call for availability.
- TV/VCR available for $25.00 per day.
- Flip charts available for $18.00 per chart per day.
- Wireless Internet access available, projector screen, wireless microphone
or wireless lapel microphone, podium and indoor/outdoor PA system available
at no additional charge.
- All meals are served buffet style for one hour and all table service is
provided.
BREAKFAST MENUS
All of the following breakfast menus (excluding the Continental Breakfast)
are served with Yogurt, Granola, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Orange Juice, Coffee, Hot
Tea & Ice Tea.
- Egg Casserole-a blend of eggs, mushrooms, onions,
sausage and bacon, served with Cinnamon Rolls. $8.00
- Scrambled Eggs and Sausage Patties served with
Homemade Blueberry Muffins. $8.00
- Biscuits and Sausage Gravy served with Bacon Slices
and Assorted Donuts. $8.00
- Pancakes with Honey Glazed Spiral Cut Ham served
with Syrup and Pumpkin Bread. $9.25
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Bagels, Cream Cheese, Homemade Blueberry Muffins,
Cinnamon Rolls, Coffee, Orange Juice, Hot Tea & Ice Tea. $4.75
FRESH FRUIT
Fresh Fruit can be added to all of the above menus for $1.75 per guest.

- Third Pound Hamburgers, Quarter Pound All Beef Hot
Dogs, served with Condiments, Buns, Potato Salad, Country Spicy Beans and

- Peppered Smoked Pork Loin served with Mashed

- Smoked Brisket with Ribs or Grilled Chicken (Chicken-45 min. guests)
served with Choice of Potato (Au Gratin, Baked or Potato Salad), Garden

- Meat Trays with Deli Sliced Ham, Turkey and Smoked
