EBERLY FARM HOST BAR SERVICE

Eberly Farm is always striving to make your event as stress-free as possible.  Eberly Farm provides the bartender (s) and set-ups necessary for those customers who choose to offer liquor at their event.  Eberly Farm does not offer cash bars, the only type of bar available is a host bar.  If you choose to offer beer, wine, champagne and frozen drinks only, a bartender is not required.  To help with your planning, we recommend an average of one beverage per hour per guest.   We expect the host to observe the laws regarding serving alcohol to minors.

BAR SET-UPS (unlimited sodas and mixes)…$2.35 per person.  If you have selected a package that includes soft drinks, the upgrade for bar set-ups is $.80 per guest.

Soft drinks, tonic, soda, sour, Bloody Mary mix, orange juice, milk, cranberry juice, water, pineapple juice, ice for drinks, disposable cups, stir sticks, beverage napkins, olives, limes, and lemons.

 BARTENDING SERVICE…$20.00 per hour

One bartender can serve up to 100 guests.  If you would like servers to circulate through the crowd and take drink orders please allow 1 server per 25 guests.   One bartender is necessary 30 minutes prior to the bar opening and 30 minutes after the bar closes.  Thus, allowing time for setting-up the bar and time to help your party close, clean-up, and box extra items. 

 As an added service, a staff member from Eberly Farm’s bar service will gladly help you plan the liquor needs for your event free of charge.  You can bring liquor from the liquor store of your choice.  J & J Fine Liquors offers a discount to Eberly Farm customers and the items will be delivered directly to Eberly Farm at no additional charge.   For more information about the liquors they carry, call Andrew of J & J at 722-1222. 

All domestic keg and canned beers must be purchased from Eberly Farm.  All beer purchased from Eberly Farm will be set up and ice cold, ready for your guests to enjoy!  See below for pricing.

 GLASSWARE…$.75 per person    

Eberly Farm has the ability to provide 10 oz glassware for your event.

BEER SERVICE:

DRAFT KEG BEER…$165.00 per keg includes cups, set up, CO², and ice.  Each keg serves 180 twelve ounce beers.

Types available:  Coors Light, Bud, Bud Light, Miller Lite

CANNED BEER…$2.00 per can, case lot sales only, minimum order of 3 cases.  Includes set up, tank or ice chest & ice.

Types available:  Bud, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, O’Doul’s, Coors, Coors Light, Miller Lite, MGD, and Keystone Light

BOTTLED DOMESTIC BEER…$2.25 per bottle, case lot sales only, minimum order of 3 cases.  Includes set up, tank or ice chest & ice.

Types available:  Bud, Bud Light, Bud Ice, Michelob, Michelob Light, Michelob Amber Bock, Michelob Ultra Amber, Michelob Ultra, O’Doul’s, Coors, Coors Light, Miller Lite, MGD, and Keystone Light

BOTTLED SELECT BEER…$2.50 per bottle, case lot sales only, minimum order of 3 cases.  Includes set up, tank or ice chest & ice.

Types available:  Grolsch Light, Corona Extra, Corona Light, Killians Red, Zima, Boulevard Wheat, Blue Moon Belgian White, Mike's Cranberry Lemonade, and Molson Canadian.

SEAGRAM'S COOLERS…$2.25 per bottle, case lot sales only, can’t mix flavors to make a case. Includes set up, tank or ice chest & ice

Types available:  Wild Berries, Black Cherry, Margarita, Fuzzy Navel, Strawberry Daiquiri, Wild Berry Pina Colada, Raspberry Peach, Bahama Mama, and Raspberry Daiquiri (all bottles)

We can get Smirnoff Ice and Smirnoff Ice Triple Black. Call for pricing.

FROZEN DRINK MACHINE

Machine Rental…$80.00 (two machines available – each machine can hold two flavors-$10.00 discount if you rent 2 machines)

Mixes…$33.00 each (each mix serves 50 eight ounce drinks, cups provided).  We have the following flavors to name a few:  margarita, strawberry daiquiri, cherry, blue raspberry, and lemonade.  All of these flavors are non-alcoholic.

To make your margaritas or daiquiris alcoholic you will need to bring the following alcohol or order it from J&J Liquors.

·         Margarita:  1 liter of tequila and 2/3^rd liter of triple sec per mix

·         Daiquiri:  1 liter of rum per mix

*Beer and frozen drinks can be offered “self-serve” if you do not want a bartender.    

WINE/CHAMPAGNE SERVICE:

You may bring your own wine and/or champagne to Eberly Farm with a $55.00 handling charge.   This service includes use of Eberly Farm's antique tub to chill your wine/champagne, ice to keep it cold during your event, 200 clear plastic cups, and handling.  You are responsible for serving champagne toasts (traditionally the groomsmen will serve your guests). Eberly Farm will keep your champagne and appropriate wines chilled until needed.  Upon request Eberly Farm will provide up to 12 champagne glasses for use at the head table.
