Ceremony Package

Simplify your wedding and reception day, select Eberly Farm's charming Outback and picturesque surroundings for your wedding ceremony.  You must have your reception with a meal at Eberly Farm in order to use the facility for your ceremony. 

Ceremony Package for $300.00 includes the following:

• THE OUTBACK
  

  A covered pavilion with cement floor and latticed stage area with white sheer             curtains on the lattice.

• OUTDOOR THEATER CHAIR SET-UP
  

  110 Wooden chairs set up theater style under " The Outback" with additional

  seating for 72 available at 9 linen covered picnic tables directly west of the

          chairs.

• PILLARS
  

  Your choice of two white OR brown pillars for the stage area. 

• CEREMONY TABLE
  

  2X2 table with white linen for use on the stage for a sand ceremony or candle             ceremony.

• DISCOUNTED REHEARSAL
  

  If you elect to have a rehearsal at Eberly Farm, please note the reduced rate on

         Normal hourly overtime charge is $200.00, for your ceremony rehearsal the

         rate is discounted to $175.00 for 1 and 1/2 hours!  If you have the wedding

         ceremony at Eberly Farm you can purchase a rehearsal three weeks prior to

         your wedding day.  You may chose to have your rehearsal practice elsewhere.

  We will set the rehearsal schedule with you no earlier than 3 weeks prior

         to your event.  Overtime charges will apply if you exceed your scheduled

         rehearsal time.

If you would prefer two sets of chairs instead of picnic tables with linens, Eberly Farm can remove the picnic tables and provide a second set of 80 chairs theater style for an additional $80.00.
