Eberly Farm offers facilities for summer day camps. We do not have overnight facilities and we do not organize the camps.  If your organization would like to rent our facilities for day camp, contact us for availability.  We are available for daily or weekly rentals.  316-722-3580 or info@eberlyfarm.com

Prices for the Outpost and exclusive use of the Eberly Farm grounds for daytime rental are as follows:

• $650.00 minimum cost per day – you can spend your $650.00 with some or all of the following services.

• $250.00 for Outpost facility (air-conditioned) for up to 75 students from 9:00am until 2:30pm.  For students numbering 76 and over there is an additional $2.75 per student facility charge.

• $35.00 Campfire with roasting sticks and marshmallows

• $125.00 per hour for Tractor Drawn Hayrides

• $125.00 per hour for Barnyard Buddies

• $125.00 per hour for Rubber Duck Races

• $175.00 for two hours of swimming pool with Ebelry Farm life guard.

• $.75 per person for Ice Cream Sandwiches (we offer a wide range of desserts, call for additional ideas)

• $80.00 Frozen Drink Slushy Machine Rental plus $32.00 per Slushy mix (includes cups).  You would probably use 2 mixes so the children could have more than 1 drink.

• Call us for questions regarding food and beverage services.

                                         Up to 75 Students and 4 Teachers (Estimate)

           1 Outpost Rental = $250.00

           1 Hour Tractor Hay Hayrides = $125.00

           2 Hours Swimming = $175.00

           1 Hour of Barnyard Buddies = $125.00

           Total Cost of Day Camp without tax = $675.00
