Eberly Farm offers facilities for summer day camps. We do not have overnight facilities and we do not organize the camps.  If your organization would like to rent our facilities for day camp, contact us for date availability.  We are available for daily or weekly rentals Tuesday through Fridays.  

Prices for the Outpost and exclusive use of the Eberly Farm grounds for daytime rental from 9:00AM until 2:00PM are as follows:
  • $650.00 minimum cost per day – you can spend your $650.00 with some or all of the following services.
  • $3.65 Facility charge per camper.  Facility charge includes access to nature trails, playgrounds, swinging bridge, 2 zip lines, horse shoes, volleyball, basketball, softball, washers, and ladder golf.
  • $4.10 per child for lunch.

Eberly Farm has complete catering services and provides all food and beverage service at Eberly Farm.  Call us with your menu selection at least three weeks in advance of your date.  Please confirm your menu selection and serving time with us before you publish your information to your guests.  No outside food can be brought into Eberly Farm.  School groups please call for exceptions.

                                MENU OPTIONS: 
  • Meat Options:  All Beef Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Grilled Chicken Legs (select 1 per day)
  • Side Dish Options: Cheese Chunks, Ruffle Potato Chips, Tortilla Chips and Salsa, Pudding Cups, Jell-O Cups, Applesauce Cups, Carrots  with Ranch Dip, and Grapes (select 2 per day)
  • Drinks:  Lemonade and Water served with Meal
  • Table Service:  Plates, Napkins, Disposable Silverware Included

            ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE:
  • $25.00 Campfire with roasting sticks and marshmallows
  • $125.00 per hour for Tractor Drawn Hay Rides or Barrel Train Rides
  • $125.00 per hour for Barnyard Buddies
  • $125.00 per hour for Rubber Duck Races
  • $175.00 for two hours of swimming pool with Eberly Farm life guard.
  • $.75 per person for Ice Cream Sandwiches (we offer a wide range of desserts, call for additional ideas)
  • $80.00 Frozen Drink Slushy Machine Rental plus $33.00 per Slushy mix, each mix makes 50 eight ounce cups of slushy beverage.  Cups provided by Eberly Farm.
