Day Conferences

The climate-controlled event center at Eberly Farm provides the perfect serene setting to make any meeting a success. The entire 55 acre complex is exclusive to your group, providing the opportunity to conduct your planning in a retreat environment.  Take your staff off the beaten path to Eberly Farm and watch them come alive with enthusiasm!

CONFERNCE RATE:

The Outpost facility rental is $250.00 per day for up to 75 guests.  If you have more than 75 guests there is a $2.75 facility rental charge per guest numbering 76 and over (scroll down for menu/beverage costs).  All conference rentals subject to a $450.00 sales minimum, food and facility combined.  Daytime rentals are available Tuesday-Friday.  Eberly Farm will set the Outpost tables and chairs to suit the needs of your meeting. Wireless Internet access available, projector screen, projector upon request (your lap top), conference phone, wireless microphone or wireless lapel microphone, TV/VCR, podium and indoor/outdoor PA system available at no additional charge.

All meals are served buffet style for one hour and all table service is provided.

HOURS:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM  Overtime must be arranged in advance and is $150.00 per hour.  4:00 PM departure may not always be possible on Friday evenings. Call for availability.
