Fresh from the Farm to your Party!

Trust Eberly Farm to provide fantastic food, friendly service, and attention to detail. The menu below (please scroll down page) is for catering at facilities other than Eberly Farm. We are able to provide serving tables, serving table linens and we always provide great service! Our staff will remain on-site for 1 hour and serve your meal buffet style. Our staff will arrive ahead of your serving hour to set up the buffet and will clean up the buffet area upon departure. If you have under 100 guests you can still select from this menu but drinks are not included. If you would like our staff to remain on-site when you have less than 100 guests then the charge is an additional $50.00/hr and we can bring the drinks as listed.

We'd love to bring the BBQ to you. If you have more than 100 guests we can grill the hamburgers, hotdogs, hotlinks or steaks at your location at no additional charge. Our portable grills and off-site catering create the perfect atmosphere for your next party, Let us fire up the grill...it's fun to watch and smells terrific!

For that very special affair, we offer linens on the serving line and your preference of china or cowboy blue tin plates. These are available upon request for menus selected from the Chuckwagon Platters. To travel "off-site" with our cowboy blue tin or china plates, please add $1.75 per person to the menu you select.

Substitute Pulled Pork for any Smoked Brisket above at no extra charge.

RECEPTION BUFFET

$10.70 per person. Disposable table service is included.

Meat Tray: Sliced beef, ham & turkey (condiments included) are served with baskets of cocktail buns

Cheese Tray: Five varieties of cheese allow for personal choice

Vegetable Tray: A variety of crispy vegetables, served with ranch dip

Fruit Tray: Appetizing fruits, both whole and sliced, will top off a lovely buffet

Snacks: Chips, popcorn and pretzels

Smoked Sausages: Served hot in our own special sauce

Tasty Meatballs: Delightful bite-sized meatballs are sure winners

BEVERAGES
