Come to Eberly Farm and enjoy a tractor drawn hayride, a fun two hour event for groups up to 30. Your event will begin with a half hour hayride through the woods arriving at your campfire area. Your group will have one hour at the campfire area to enjoy goodies that you have brought along. Your tractor will pick you up at the campfire for an additional half hour hayride back to your vehicles.
The Hayride Package for $250.00 includes the following for groups up to 30:
- 1/2 hour tractor hayride to campfire area.
- 1 hour at campfire area. Campfire, roasting sticks, 4 picnic tables, 1 serving table, trash can and a port-a-potty will be available for your use at the campfire area.
- 1/2 hour tractor hayride back to vehicles.
Campfire Etiquette
- You are welcome to bring coolers with food and beverages.
- NO glass bottles are allowed at Eberly Farm.
- Guests 21 and older may bring their own canned beer only. We expect the host to observe Kansas State laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and to drink responsibly.
- All disposable items must be placed in trash can upon departure.
Items You Will Need:
- If your event is planned during the evening hours, flashlights!
- Bug spray.
- Blankets if necessary.
- Food or beverage items, if desired.
To Book Your Tractor Drawn Hayride:
- Call Eberly Farm to schedule your time, hayrides by reservation only! Hayride times available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 6:00PM and 7:00PM.
- There is a $150.00 Reservation Deposit due when scheduling your hayride. The $100 balance plus sales tax will be due the night of your event, prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation due to weather (there is NO shelter at the campfire area), you will receive 100% refund of deposit or you can reschedule your hayride. Eberly Farm must be in agreement if due to weather cancellation.
- IF you cancel your hayride OR chose to switch dates your entire $150.00 reservation deposit will NOT be refunded.
