TABLE LINENS White linen table coverings are included on the guest tables inside the Outpost. The linens will be on the tables when you arrive, ready to decorate. Additional linens for outdoor tables, gift table, stage table and guest book table are available if needed at $4.00 each. ACCENT LINENS 42x42 colored accent linens are available to rent for $4.00 each. We have a variety of colors available. CENTERPIECES Centerpieces are available to rent from Eberly Farm. We offer rose bowls, bud vases and votive candles for $1.00 each. The rented items will be on the tables when you arrive. We also have mirror tiles for $2.00 each and Silver/Tin vases with silk flowers for $4.00 each. See photos here in our photo gallery. OUTDOOR CHAIR SET-UP If you would like wooden chairs set up theater style outside on the covered "Outback" area the charge is $80.00 for 110 chairs. We can place 110 chairs theater style and additional seating is available at picnic tables directly west of the chairs. Add a splash of color with white linens on the 9 tables directly behind your theater style seating for $36.00. Another option is to add a second set of 70 chairs in place of the picnic tables for an additional $80.00. WHITE ARCH Add color to the stage/ceremony area with a white arch available for rent from Eberly Farm for $40.00. Eberly Farm staff will place the arch on the stage and you provide the decoration. See photos here in our photo gallery of the arch. The Arch is 4 ft wide by 7ft tall. PILLARS We also offer white pillars for rent. The charge is $10.00 per pillar. The dimensions are: Top: 7"x5" and the Height is 2 feet. Move pillars inside after the ceremony for added decor by your cake or head table! CAKE TABLE AND HEAD TABLE SKIRTING White linen table covering and black, white or lace skirting are available for your cake table for a $20.00 charge. You can also choose a lighted cake skirt for $28.50 or skirt an 8ft table and a separate 2x2 table for $35.00. Please See photos here for pictures of the skirting options. If you select this service, Eberly Farm will cover and skirt the cake table before you arrive; otherwise the cake table will not be covered. Eberly Farm will also skirt your head table upon request for an additional $20.00. CAKE PLATES One less thing to remember, purchase your cake plates and forks from Eberly Farm! White 6" plastic cake plates and white forks are available for $.20 per person or Clear 6" plastic cake plates and clear forks for $.40 per person. CAKE CUTTING SERVICE Save your aunts and girlfriends the trouble and have Eberly Farm Staff cut and serve your cake. The charge is $45.00. PUNCH IF you choose to have punch, Ebelry Farm will provide it for $15.00 per gallon. This service includes six ounce clear plastic cups, use of our glass punch bowl and Eberly Farm Staff monitoring the punch during your reception. We will prepare the punch the color of your choice and help you decide how many gallons are needed based on the other beverages you are offering. See photos here for pictures of our punch service.
