OPTIONAL SERVICES AND DECORATING ELEMENTS
OFFERED AT EBERLY FARM

Ceremony Package
Includes the following for $300.00:
  • The Outback, a covered pavilion with cement floor and latticed stage area with sheer           linens.
  • Outdoor theater style chair set up, 110 wooden chairs set up theater style under the
  •        “Outback" with additional seating for 72 available at 9 linen covered picnic tables                 directly west of the chairs.    
  • 2 pillars, your choice of white OR brown pillars for the stage area. 
  • Ceremony table, a 2X2 table with white linen for use on the stage for a sand                       ceremony or candle ceremony.
  • The above ceremony package is included with Simply I Do Package.
Second Set of Chairs for Outdoor Ceremony:
  •        If you would prefer two sets of chairs instead of picnic tables with linens, Eberly 
                Farm can remove the picnic tables and provide a second set of 80 chairs theater
                style for an additional $80.00.

Rehearsals:
   Normal overtime charge at Eberly Farm is $200.00 per hour, for your ceremony rehearsal the
   rate is discounted $175.00 for 1 and a 1/2 hours! If you have the wedding ceremony at Eberly       Farm you can purchase a rehearsal three weeks prior to your actual wedding day.  Many  
   brides choose to have the rehearsal elsewhere, it is your choice.  We will set the rehearsal
   schedule with you no earlier than 3 weeks in advance of your event. 

All Dressed Up Package
  Includes the Following Decorating Elements for $219.00:

  • Indoor Dance Floor Light Package:  Set the mood for dancing the night away with fabric     draped from the dance floor ceiling and five up-lights lighting up the dance floor walls.         This feature is also available ala carte for $100.00.
  • White Decorated Screen:  The white screen is 8ft wide by 6 1/2 ft. tall and decorated with   sheer cloth, four white rose balls, and lights.  It is the perfect backdrop behind your cake table or head table.  The decorated screen can be used indoors only!  This feature is also available ala carte for $75.00.
  • Cake Table and Head Table Skirting:  White or black skirting is available for your cake table and head table.  White lights are included under the cake and head table skirts with this package! Eberly Farm will cover and skirt the cake table and head table before you arrive.  These skirts are also available ala carte for the following:  $20.00 for cake table skirt, $30.00 for cake table skirt with lights, $30.00 for head table skirting, $45.00 for head table skirt with lights. 

The Bedazzling Package
  Includes all of the above decorating elements found in the All Dressed Up Package PLUS the       following outdoor chandelier for $449.00:

  • Elegant Outdoor Chandelier
        Create a romantic ambiance with our elegant outdoor chandelier and white, lighted draping
        for your outdoor ceremony and/or dance.  You can add our chandelier and white, lighted               draping ala carte for $275.00.

Metal Decorative Screen:
4 ½ft wide by 6ft tall, charming decorative metal screen available for you to use behind a 
      sweet heart table, guest book table, photo table…use your imagination.  The metal screen
      is available for a $20.00 rental fee.

Pillars:
      Two white pillars or brown pillars are included with the ceremony package and the Simply I
      Do package.  If you are not having your ceremony at Eberly Farm you can rent the brown or
      white pillars for $10.00 each.

Table Linens:
     White linen table coverings are included on the guest tables inside the Outpost.  The linens          will be on the tables when you arrive, ready to decorate.  Additional linens for outdoor tables,        gift table, and guest book table are available if needed at $4.00 each.

Accent Linens:
    42x42 colored accent linens are available to rent for $4.00 each.  We have a variety of colors
   available.  These linens will be on your tables when you arrive and can be left on your tables at
   the end of the evening. 

Centerpieces:
    Centerpieces are available to rent from Eberly Farm.  We offer rose bowls, bud vases, 13”
    plastic silver chargers, 9 ½” silver plates, and votive candles for $1.00 each.  We also have
    mirror tiles for $2.00 each.  Use of these items is included with the Simply I Do Package.

Cake Plates and Forks:
    One less thing to remember, purchase your cake plates and forks from Eberly Farm!  White
    6" plastic cake plates and white forks are available for $.25 per person or clear 6" plastic cake      plates and clear forks are available for $.45 per person.

Cake Cutting Service:
    Save your aunts and girlfriends the trouble and have Eberly Farm Staff cut and serve your
    cake.  Upon request, cake knife and spatula are available with this service for use during the
    cake cutting ceremony.  The charge for this service is $100.00 for larger ala carte weddings
    and $75.00 for smaller Simply I Do events.

Punch:
   If you choose to have punch, Eberly Farm will provide it for $17.00 per gallon.  This service
   includes six ounce clear plastic cups, use of our glass punch bowl and Eberly Farm Staff
   monitoring the punch during your reception.  We will prepare the punch and help you decide
   how many gallons are needed based on the other beverages you are offering.  IF you chose to
   bring your own punch, you will need to bring a cooler to keep the punch cold, ice, cups,
   serving ladle, and punch bowl.

DJ/Band Fee:
   There is a $25.00 DJ/Band Fee when you have a DJ or Live Band at Eberly Farm.  Please
   contact the office for a copy of the DJ/Band agreement that must be filled out and signed by
   your DJ/Band at least three weeks prior to your event.

Outdoor Patio Heaters:
    Provide a little warmth for your guests that smoke, or some added ambiance for an outdoor
    bar area, rent the pair of outdoor patio heaters for $75.00 with propane for up to 4 hours.
    Eberly Farm will place and maintain the heaters.

PROJECTOR AND SCREEN:
    Rental of a projector and 8x8 screen for your slide show.  $100.00 for evening.  Eberly Farm
    will set-up the projector and screen in area of your choice, you provide the lap top and
    projector operator.  If you are using a DJ, check with your DJ Service regarding use of their          projectors first, some DJ's include use of a projector with their services.
