Simply I Do Wedding Package
  • 5 hours exclusive use of the facility and grounds.  Your choice of 5 consecutive hours from Noon until 10:00PM on Sundays and from 5:00PM until 10:00PM on Tuesdays through Fridays.

  • Sliced Brisket, Grilled Chicken served with your choice of Au Gratin Potato, Baked Potato or Potato Salad; Garden Salad, Relish Tray, Country Spicy Beans, and Dinner Rolls served on elegant disposable.  Substitute Pulled Pork for Sliced Brisket at no extra charge.  All meals are served buffet style for one hour. 

  • Unlimited Soft Drinks, Ice Tea and Water.

  • Up to one keg of draft beer.  Additional kegs must be purchased through Eberly Farm.

  • Theater style seating under the "Outback," a covered pavilion with cement floor and latticed stage area with white sheer curtains on the lattice. 

  • 2 pillars, 2x2 table with white linen for ceremony, a gift table with a white linen, and a guest book table with a white linen.

  • Candles,rose bowls, glass bubble bowls (you provide the flowers), silver chargers, and mirror tiles for centerpieces.

  • Skirting for the cake table, head table, and buffet table.  White linens on guest tables.

  • White cake plates and forks for your cake. 

  • Eberly Farm's sound system.  Wireless microphone available, indoor/outdoor sound system for back ground music with an ipod hook-up or 5 disc cd changer.

Optional Services:

  • This package is for up to 50 guests.  Additional guests may be added for $22.15 per guest.  Children five and under are free.

  • If you need more time than five hours, overtime is available at $200.00 per hour.  Overtime is available before 5:00PM (subject to availability) and up until 12:00 Midnight.  All overtime must be scheduled a minimum of three weeks prior to your event.

  • You may bring your own wine/champagne, there is a wine/champagne handling fee.  Eberly Farm will ice down, display, and provide cups for your champagne/wine.  Upon request Eberly Farm will provide up to 12 champagne glasses for use at your head table. The charge is $55.00 per event.

  • Additional kegs of beer are $187.00 each.

  • Canned beer is available for $2.00 per can.  Bottle beer is $2.25 per bottle.  There is a 3 case minimum order for bottles and/or cans.

  • An Eberly Farm bartender is $20.00 per hour plus  a $.70 charge per guest for upgrading to bar set-ups.  If you plan on providing hard alcohol for your guests you must use an Eberly Farm bartender and bar set-ups.  You do not need a bartender if you are planning on serving only wine, champagne, beer, and frozen drinks.

  • Frozen Drink Machine - $80.00 for one machine with two drink flavor containers or rent two machines for $125.00 providing four drink flavor choices for your guests.  $35.00 per slushy mix.  $55.00 each for premium real fruit smoothie mixes.  See Host Bar Service for details.  All of the mixes are non-alcoholic, to make your frozen mixes alcoholic you will need to provide Eberly Farm with the alcohol of your choice.  See host bar information for suggestions!

  • If you are having a live band or DJ there is a DJ Fee/Electricity Fee of $25.00.

  • Eberly Farm staff will cut and serve your cake for $75.00.  Upon request Eberly Farm will provide a spatula and knife for use during your cake cutting ceremony with this service.

The "Simply I Do" package was designed for intimate weddings.  "Simply I Do" is only offered on select dates, most Saturdays excluded, please call for date availability.  Please call for full list of available dates.
