  Weddings & Receptions
Fulfill your dream wedding & reception at Eberly Farm.  Eberly Farm's banquet hall and the 55 acres of grounds are exclusive to your group.  Prices are per person and include food service, 6 1/2 consecutive hours use of the climate-controlled Outpost, surrounding patio, outdoor shelters, white linens for indoor guest tables and indoor table/chair set-up.  All meals are served buffet style for one hour, fresh from our kitchen to your table! Our wedding coordinator will meet with you in advance to determine your room arrangement and scheduling needs.  A Ceremony Package is available when you have your reception at Eberly Farm. 

You provide a DJ, Wedding Cake, Centerpieces/Floral Arrangements and Photographer.  All food and beverages must be purchased through Eberly Farm (hard liquor exception, please see our Host Bar Service for details).  Eberly Farm provides all bottled, canned and keg beer.  Please call for date availability. The above platters are served with the following: Choice of Au Gratin Potato, Baked Potato, or Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Relish Tray, Choice of Green Beans or Country Spicy Beans and Dinner Rolls.  Select a choice of two drinks to be offered during the hour of meal service - Tea, Coffee or Lemonade. Table service selection depends upon price, see above. Substitute Pulled Pork for Smoked Brisket above at no extra charge.

  6 1/2 Consecutive Hours of Facility Rental Included, with the price per person. Children five and under are free, minimums apply.

  Meat Tray:  Sliced beef, ham & turkey (condiments included) are served with baskets of cocktail buns
  Cheese Tray:  Five varieties of cheese allow for personal choice
  Vegetable Tray:  A variety of crispy vegetables, served with ranch dip
  Fruit Tray:  Appetizing fruits, both whole and sliced, will top off a lovely buffet
  Snacks:  Chips, salsa, popcorn and snack mix
  Smoked Sausages:  Sliced and served hot in our own special sauce
  Tasty Meatballs:  Delightful bite-sized meatballs are sure winners

  Ice Tea, Coffee or Lemonade available (select two choices to be offered during the meal hour only)
