Eberly Farm has continued to follow Food and Safety Laws in order to protect the safety of our team and guests. For example:
All staff areas are regularly sanitized.
From washing hands to using gloves, our team follows and exceeds food handling standards.
Staff is trained for safety. Food and Beverage Service Managers are food handlers certified.
In addition to the precautions we normally take, we are cautiously following guidelines and directives from the CDC and industry experts. Our management holds ongoing education instances with the rest of the team and we have heightened our protocol on all sanitation efforts. The few essential team members who are working wear masks and gloves.
